Is Harassment punishable?
it doesn't specifically say in the rules, but it should fall under Respect Others, correct?

Well, according to http://www.happy-hg.com/rules/, if "Harrassment" falls under "Spamming, Swearing, or Disrespect in general, then you should get proper evidence and report it. As ItsSheep said, it will not be tolerated.​

You could as well just google the word 'Harassment' and search for the meaning. That being said, it has the same meaning as 'Disrespect'. You can report that player providing the sufficient evidence .

I do think that it is a punishable offense. I have actually witnessed someone being banned due to harassment. Moderators or helpers will mute/ temp ban on the spot if they witness harassment. So, gather evidence and report whoever is guilty of harassment.

Sooo ok I know this question was about me cause apparently I "harass" him... but on the other hand him and his friend target me for an hour and call me a hacker and say im a noob... hmm interesting... and then he get on me about when his report of me "hacking" gets rejected and I bring it up to him I get called out for harassment?

Actually... I do know for a fact that its torward me cause when I got on he told me he had screenshots saying that what I was doing was harassment.

To answer the question, yes, harassment can be an issue, but that may fall under player disrespect.

However, as others have noted, this topic has become more of an argument than anything. With the question answered...
