Room 1:
Spawn with 1 bow and 1 arrow, and as said on the map, the 2nd left button teleports you to the strafing room.
If you hit any of the other ones, a zombie with a stone sword spawns next to you.
Room 2:
Spawn with Speed III to make it extra hard.
Room 3:
Spawn a zombie with Strength II and a wood axe with full leather armour, and you spawn with a wooden sword.
