Global Builder Rank Colour

I agree with the builders (&5) I was thinking for Mod (&e) to have their tags show up better and maybe for Helper (&6/&2) depending on what colors they haven't used yet.

I was talking with Zainos, and there were allot of things that I didn't fully understand.

There are allot of build team problems they I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say.
Allot of things you don't understand (an I didn't xd)
I have the head builder rank on forums which is all I need. People know that I accept or decline maps.
