Is it against the Rules to take stuff from an island that you are cooped to without the owners permission?

Are afk farms allowed? I don't see anything about them in the rules, and from what I know there's a 10 minute kick/send back to the hub for not moving. And are afk pools allowed? Because if they are, people can use afk farms but instead of standing they can just move in a circle using water...

Just to be clear, I'm not a staff member, this is not any sort of dispute, everything is from experience, I simply don't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did~ Also I know I posted this in General Discussion when there really is nothing to discuss about, but yeah.. People break rules...

I really need help on this,because a guy named brickguy0709 he keeps swearing and spamming in private chat,help me with this issue,because i really need to report this guy,since its against the rules.
