k no but for real, if you are looking for something cheap and awesome at gaming, pick windows, most are fast, you only get viruses if you download stupid stuff like bonzi buddy, they can most likely handle AAA games ie gtaV and high quallity MMOs like Elder Scrolls Online, though it will require a good gpu, macs aren't really user customizable i.e. add ram, motherbored etc. I havn't had a mac before so idk anything good or bad about it but trust me, if you pick out good parts for a pc/buy a gaming pc, it would run games much smoother than a mac, I mean what gamer/game youtuber has a mac? not any of the good ones I don't think
but if you aren't a hardcore gamer, go for mac you will most likely get a better windows pc with $1000

Mac is much better than windows. I use a mac and a windows for minecraft and the mac is way better for minecraft.

Windows are better for gaming and there are a lot more programs for windows.

Maybe windows are better but Macs last a long time my mac is 5 years old and its doing good. My friend got a brand new pc and under 5 days of owning it guess what? he got a virus surprise surprise and he was running over 3 virus protectors all I'm saying is I'm better off with a Mac.

my mom has a laptop for 7 years now, still doesn't have a virus, tell him to stop downloading multiple Bonzi Buddies at once.
