Add command block clearing everyone's wooden axe in their inventory. You can't make it stop the farwand, but not many people know about it.

too much work and the command block clock some times doesn't work and it causes lag instead. Plus, admin's world spawn is almost never griefed and if it turns to be that case we have log block so we can rollback anything and insta perm ban the griefer in seconds

Then they can just do //wand again
