I have seen a bug where people can hit you once after they finish a game. I do not know how they replicate this, nor do I know what causes it. My guess is that this same bug is allowing them to kill people, consequently causing the items to drop

This was fixed and it seems it came back with the small update I recently released in SCBB. will fix!
