You would get unbanned immediately, by CONSOLE

That is correct. It will be applied just like any other item in the store. Make sure to spell your name exactly right so that no complications arise

So why would I buy the LAST OPPORTUNITY FEE if I could just get the unbanning one for 20$?

Because if you are perm banned, then you may buy the unban fee. If you repeat the same offense AGAIN, then you have one Last Oppurtunity.
The first unban fee is $20, the second is $40.
