Everybody thinks that mocking jay is a waste of money, but when I got it I was surprised! It's a very good rank and its well worth it. I suggest mocking jay but if u don't have the money I agree with Chris sponsor is a very good rank for a low price

Well, I have a similar problem, which might help your case.
I have been thinking of getting mockingjay... but now I noticed it would be better for me to get Jr. Mod. So unless you have enough money, just wait it out so you can get the best rank.
