Zainos, if I get 1st place in voting for a month, is it possible if I can gift the extra +2 rankups to someone?

If you win one of the top voter slots, and you are already mockingjay (or the equivalent such as staff) then you will be contacted and asked who you would like it to go to

If you saying if you get the first place prize you get +3. If I'm right your saying that since your Capitol, just use the 1 and give the +2 to another person might not be allowed.

You would have to win 2 months to give someone else it since you are not mocking jay. Zainos would need to respond to this thread to tell you. But I think that you can't give the remaining upgrades away.

No, I don't believe you can gift it to several people (+1 rank to multiple instead of +3 to one). When I was 2nd top in April, I could only give it to one person. But, if top voter is shared (as in, more than one person has the "most votes") then they both get the rewards individually
