Draw It Vote to start

Currently, Draw It has a very long countdown timer. I think if there are 4 or more players, they should be able to vote to start the game.

I think they should do it for most games since there are some game modes that take a long time unless the game is full (which lowers it to 30 secs i believe)

This has already been suggested by me, and probably others a few weeks back.
