staff sometimes don't help me if i ask them

Today i was asking staff to help me in creative because i can't find my first plot, the staff were ignoring me and talking to other staff about silly stuff, i even messaged them but still no answer. I would appreciate if the staff will help people that need help and pay attention more to the chat. Thank you for reading this

Do not post topics flaming or criticising staff. If you have an issue with how a moderator has behaved, contact an Owner via a private message and provide evidence.

Also, you have to do /p home, not /plotme. There was a bug with plotme and voxelsniper, so you have to do /p, sorry!

Also, I was extremely busy this morning and mid-day along with Zainos.
I had to read all the Builder applications and I'm currently coming up with the response(s). So expect me being busy more often.

If staff won't respond just message them a couple of times. If they don't respond find another staff or tell on fourms.
