Sponsor Or Peacekeeper

For my birthday i'm getting either Sponsor or PeaceKeeper. I know PeaceKeeper costs more but which one is better in your opinon. I can't decide. HELP!!!!

In my opinion sponsor gives you the most for least price.

If they get the leftover money, they'd have more if they bought sponsor. Otherwise if they didn't ever get leftover money then peacekeeper would be better.
