I think that the spam rule that is u have to say the same thing again after 1 more message should be changed to 3 or more because people are still spamming by using just a single letter then saying the same thing again and they are repeating this over and over again. Also in the messages you are able to spam.

It is 3 or more messages, and yes, we are aware messages don't work well with anti-swear, spam, caps, etc..
