Was thinking you should make spectators unable to toggle person to person. I can see people skyping telling there friends where people are and what gear they have. So they might as well be teamed. I understand for reporting purposes you might want it. maybe only enable toggle for admins?

A spectator can give away the location, inventory, and other important information about a player. This is especially easy when in a skype call
