Skyblock Leader

I'm getting back into my Skyblock after a long break, and the rest of my team has also stopped playing and hasn't come back. Is it possible to make myself the leader so I can start a new team without deleting my island?

I do not believe that is possible. The current owner of the island must directly hand ownership to you, meaning he/she has to be on.

You can always leave your current team/island and join/create another one :)
