Skyblock Biomes Question

So, I was wondering exactly what rank you had to be in order to change biomes in skyblock. I bought member, but that wasn't enough apparently.

Also, as a side thought, is it fair to require people to purchase ranks to complete challenges? For example, to complete the LumberJack challenge, one must have jungle trees which can't be grown in a default biome I was told... After 20 bonemeal, I tend to agree...

Anyway, I appreciate answers to the above.

You have the ability to change biomes with the Career rank.

Also, you are given 1 type of each tree when you do the Applecollector challenge, when given it you may plant it in any biome. It may take awhile to grow, but make sure it is in the right position, and it follows Minecraft tree growing physics.

I have 4 jungle sapplings, but they just sit there... They were there for an entire 6 hours, and still didn't grow. I'll try again when I can get back on.
