When do you discovered this Bug: idk
Explain what is the bug and how you repeat it: city varrock if u pick it it downloads terrain and it bugs out forever
Where is this bug Located / In wich section? SG5

I tested several times and the city of varrock works perfect.
Btw, use 1.8 if u are having issues with 1.7
