Yes, there is, you need to take a screenshot of the player, and post it on Player Reports, it will be dealt with there.

What unitus said. If their name contains a banned word, then please message staff online or if none are available, report it on the forums 
As a side note, inappropriate skins are not allowed either. Please report those as well to staff or on the forums
