Rule Book in hub!

A LOT of people dont know the server rules, and one of the reasons is that the only source of a rule book is in factions.
It would be a lot better if people had the rule book in the hub.

I agree with this idea. Some people only play on the server for one reason i.e. SCBB, SG, Creative. It's usually only people before the hub play on all the servers but have one favourite.
