Reporting Players in chat.

I was wondering if you are allowed to report players even if the topic doesn't involveyou or if the player is being rude/ breaking rules in general. I was never really told much about this subject nor' have I seen many topics or anything in the rules/ homepage about this so, just wondering!

Yes, you may report players if the break the rules regardless if it involves you or not.
