Phew... Well that was a mess. But anyways I'm going to take the positive comment Bach Gave me and turn it into this:

YEARLY REPORTER REWARDS

1) Top 1st Player gets 5+ Ranks!
2) 2nd Player gets 4+ Ranks!
3) 3rd Player gets 3+ Ranks!

MONTHLY REPORTER REWARDS
1) Top 1st Player gets 1+ Rank!
2) 2nd Player gets 10$ Store Compatible!
3) 3rd Player gets 5$ Store Compatible!

The way that this works is staff is going to have a preset thingiemagig that generates a random code and he gives it to the player if she/he reported and the player was correct. After the deadline u submit all your codes and the staff will have another thingiemagig that can sort out the codes and see if they are real, then all they do is announce the winner. Now the yearly one will be a tricky one since there will probably be SOOO many codes.

I think it might be best to just have a simple monthly system instead of a yearly system thrown in. Additionally, idk if the codes are the best thing. A system to check how many player reports were submitted and successful in a given month could probably be easily set up, and then Zainos could just give the winners a code.

I still dont know if a reward for reporting is the best option, but i think this could be possibly a good motivation for kids to report people

Me being me, i normally dont pick sides on these types of things. I just have afew questions for you RK.

1) how? how would this benefit the overall server?

2)why? Why should this be added? Give 5 valid and diffrent reasons as to why it should be accepted.

3)what? What would this do to the community? Would it aid or crumble the economy?

4)why? Why are the rankups so high? Its understandable that its fo a whole year but even voting only goes up to 3+ each month, and vote contributes more to the server. 1+ would be max and monthly would be better.

5) how? How would staff know it the report is valid? Some reporteds may have tons of evidence, but end up being a false report. Are you say staff look through every report there is? Staff already get spammed in mc /msg, so why move that over to forums?

No, this is the worst idea, never should this happen. It doesn't motivate people to report hackers it just motivates the greedy guys out there to try get a rank. False reports will increase a lot more. Before someone makes that stupid comment saying "everyone makes mistakes" not really. Do we really want a community where everyone is constantly reporting eachother for "hacks" where in reality most of the time they're wrong. Once someone starts something it just turns into a mob mentality for the person accused for e.g BajanCanadian was excused of hacking because he did a 360 which was very sly in one of his old videos, after this 10's of thousands of people accused him of hacking when in reality the accusing guy was wrong and even admitted to it. The point I'm tryna make is people form a mob mentality which is mistaken for being right and this would cause this no doubt hence leading to a toxic community. Don't even get me started to how biast some people are when accusing people and judging and I honestly don't see 1 benefit from this. Want a rank? Go buy it. Not trying to be rude but I strongly disagree to why this should be added.

1) This would Benefit for players trying to report hackers and the server getting cleaned.

2) This should be added because: 1 It motivates players who just stand by and watch as people ha k and just wait for others to do it and don't care at all about the well being of other players, unless there is a reward. 2 This would increase the player base because players would be more willing to spend time on the server when there aren't hackers, as Staff have told me they ban at the most 30 players A DAY. This new reward system would have snitches everywhere, spying and keeping an eye out for hackers. 3 This would make the server more popular because you guys do have a voting reward which, I know, is TOTALLY different but it gets you votes and people visit the server, increasing morale and making people want to spend more time here playing and enjoying a free hacker community rather than play on other servers like Hypixel or others where hacking is constantly there 24/7. 4 Once the hackers are scarce people will spend less time reporting and start using the forumns more than they used to before, opening up new possibilities to other players sharing their ideas with the forumns, helping you improve your server. I don't have anything in my mind for number 5. Sorry

3) It is hard to determine which way the community will go. According to some staff and some people, Happy Hunger Game Citizens are evil and will turn to greed instantly if we put this up, but I have seen people on HHG and most of them are good people, so the question for you is it is worth it if we clean the server of hackers AND reward the players who contributed and have a few who abuse it and can be handled or permenently removed from this contest rather than have people hack on the server and get away with it because other people don't really care?

4) Thanks to other people's Feedback that are STILL negative, I think the yearly reward should be removed as it would cause too much trouble.

5) As other threads have said, Staff should be mature and old enough to recognize is the report is fake or not, as for faking it I said above that the staff should just ignore those who just mean for greed and wrong to this server, and I'm sure this server can get an anti Message Spam plugin easily.

Let me tell you what a fake video loojs like;

Usung a client i get near a player. My client then inflicts damage to me to make it look like the other player has an aura. It would take hours to tell that it was fake

You can't read a player's Minecraft files (like if they have forge) from the server unless the client tells the server, which it wouldn't if they hack.

This won't be added, I agree with _Link, we have a lot of hackusations and invalid/exaggerated reports already (Won't give names). We don't need more of these reports and this is certainly not a good way to encourage people reporting rule breakers
