I discovered the bug the other day when playing The Bridges and testing out some of the commands.
Once you have died in The Bridges and are in Spectating mode Using the command /bridges join {Colour} the server puts you on the team in the same game even if you have already died.
It doesn't respawn you completely and you still keep the Spectating Mode Invisibility, inability to break blocks and unable to cause health damage to other people. But it will still recognise you as a team member and therefore not allowing anyone to win.
Not too sure specifically which server this occurred on, but could potentially be all?
