Actually, you cannot.
As like me, he might not have paypal (due to it's unavailability in my country).
The only way around this is to introduce a new way of paying, such as BitCoin and other methods, which i am sure the Administrators don't have time to do so.

Just wait till you get older or wait till it's available in your country if it isn't.

But I didn't use my account. I chose "pay with a credit or debit card" I never logged in
