This is more of an opinion, than a suggestion.
You probably want a "No-Teaming" rule for the pvp server.
Yes teams can be annoying sometimes, especially when they're high ranked with the more advanced kits, but i guess you just have to deal with it. Maybe form a team of your own? Or use the kits that you can buy with kills to destroy them. Thats what I do.

I agree with you both, but will have to side with sgt on this one, "Mockingjays" can be annoying by themselves but especially potent when teamed, And this is where I agree with you, but where I agree with sgt is: The fact that you can buy kills or a rank and/or team, really makes this post somewhat obsolete whilst it is unfair you have many options, posting a complaint should be a last resort.

I think that kit pvp is no about teams, you really do need an alliance of some sort otherwise your going to get destroyed. Luckily I am allied with a lot of people so I tend to stand a chance against the big masses of teamers that come to battle. If you guys are complaining about teamers killing you, the only way to stop that is form a team of your own or join one. Of course you can just buy kits with kills and kill people that way like sgt said, but even then you will probably need a very strong kit like OP or herobrine to stand any chance against teams, and with the huge mass of mockingjays and general premiums teaming, you will still die, just maybe not quite as quick.
