Fixed Public Nether Access

My buddy recently found out (and he he's making me report it) a bug for the nether. If you "disallow" other players to go through your nether portal in island settings, and you go into the nether, the island setting changes to "allowed", meaning anyone can access your portal. Can you please fix? the first picture is on my island with it disabled, and the second is in the nether saying it is allowed. I did not manually change this setting.
