Fixed Piston bug on creative

I believe i found a bug on creative, when tryed to make a redstone BUD (Block update detector). I placed the pistons wrong, and while the piston was pulling and pushing the redstone block ( making it a clock), i destroyed the extendor on the clock by trying to break the redstone block. Proof of it happening: Did it twice to make sure:

Can be the server potency or a minecraft bug, I honestly don't know.

Its a Minecraft bug, you can see because this also happens in single player. Please report it at https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC
