Fixed Oitc Deosn't 1-shot Op Kits

  • Explain what is the bug and how you repeat it: get OITC and shoot an op kit
  • In which server is the bug located? PVP
EDIT: Also they didn't use their gapple and I shot them 3 times with it

This is on purpose, making OITC to kill an OP with 1 hit would be too op, sorry
