Number Of Players To Start!

Not too many people play bridges, but I do see 1-4 people waiting in the lobby most of the time, but in another discussion I was told the game starts with 20 people. I think people would play bridges more if the number of players required to start was lower. Just like in SG. For example a SG with 24/24 people is more fun than 6/24. But, maybe not too many people play bridges because they NEVER get to play. If the number required to start was 6 or 8 maybe games would start and more people would play bridges regularly.
