Fixed Not Muted But Can't Talk

Every place I go in hhg, I can't say anything in chat. Everytime I try to say something it says, "Cannot send chat message." I can only msg people but that's it.. I spoke to a staff member and he said I wasn't muted. It's only me who has this problem I think.

Press Escape.
Go to options.
Go to multiplayer settings.
Set Chat to Shown (Not commands only)
