Fixed No Loot In Double Chests

When I discovered this Bug: Long Time ago
Explain what the Bug is:
This bug has been in skywars for like 4 months I would say. On the map with the outer islands as different biomes with flags, the middle island contains 2 single chests and 2 double chests. But the double chests have no loot. There is another map with a double chest but it is pre looted with an enchanted bow. So I was thinking it might something in the code.

The one I think he's talking about is the biome one (where there's end, nether, lapis, etc.) and in the center (mushroom) there's 2 double chests that don't have any loot.

Break the large chest then open the remaining chest
