New Plugin For Sg

Hello my fellow people on Happy-hg.

There is a New plugin and personalty I like the old one better where you can see who voted for which map and etc. It doesn't matter which plugin you us though because i will still be playing sg no matter what.

I believe Zainos is planning to add back the ability to see how many votes a map has.

Keep in mind this is still being worked on, so not everything will be perfect right away
