I think we should have more than one map or change the map that is active right now. Mabye even make a cycle of maps that change every hour. This would make it less boring and add more to the map

Well some maps might have a different ladder layout or different items given. And honestly we could use a nicer map

well to understand it better there might be a thicker pillar or you have to parkour your way up the ladders. (jumping from one ladder to another)

Maybe you could make one in your free time and submit it. I don't think it's needed though
