You could make an arena and maybe find a plugin at http://dev.bukkit.org that is compatible with at least 1.8. But, I think personally staff is too busy with factions ( can't wait ) and the arcade game mode ( what happened to that? ).

Arcade is down for an update, it is getting bugs fixed and NEW GAMES!! >.<
