Name Change Problem :/

hi, i changed my name not so long ago and now due to me changing my name, all my levels are lost. i used to be levl 26 on Jigsaw Adventure Map and now i have to start all over again. is there a way of me getting my levels bk?

It would tremendously help the staff fix this issue if you provided your old ign and new ign.
