Fixed my rank isn't working

I have bought the rank sponsor, and I wanted to play on mob arena. I clicked on snow captain in mob arena 3, and it didn't work. I tried restarting minecraft, and my computer but it still didn't work. I was wondering why

I have Capitol and I had tribute then bought Capitol and it didn't work I could use Bessemer and I still can but none up to katniss
