My friend irl's sudden diabansion of faction

Like a few minutes ago My friend irl and I logged into factions and my friend irl's faction was disbanned! PS He's GameMaker he made it. PPS Should this go in Bug Report?

If a player doesn't play long enough, they get kicked out of a faction.
In this case, he owned the faction, so it got disbanded.

He was on 3 hours before it got disbanned
