Global Msg Staff while muted

I think you should be able to message stuff while you are muted. I think you should be able to do this as if you have no way of reporting someone there would be no evidence what they have done. So you should be able to message staff to aware them of the situation.

Or possibly you could include a plugin which allows you to alert staff without speaking.
For instance:

/staffreq Hacker at PvP

I like the idea. I think there should be an option for it though for instance,
/staffmsg imtotallychris There's a hacker at Kit PvP, his name is Phoenix____
Or, there could be something like /staffbc Hacker at PvP where it would msg all staff.

some staff members ask you to report on forums, others will take the time to watch patiently and help you. x_x Overall though idk if a staff summon is needed because usually theres only 1-2 staff members on at a time, and you can message the mods and helpers.

Except when I'm on. When I usually am on, there is 1-2 staff for the first 5-10 mins; and then there are none for the next 5 hours. If there are, they are only on to deal with a player report

True but Trenly since the staff does have a void logon gap, wouldnt a summon/need staff command be useless since there are void timeframes when staff are online. (Particularly mornings)
