Mods For Each Server

I got this idea from Rumblestrut, and I thought that maybe if you're a Jr.Mod wanting to apply for mod, you could choose which server you would like to moderate, and if you get chosen like let's say KitPvP mod and you think you could also moderate another server, then you could make a new app saying which other server you'd like to moderate. And there could be very experienced mods that are full-time and the admins too, so maybe people will like it, some will not, but...

As a member of staff, i say that would be very boring. I don't usually stay in one place for to long.

Yea i also disagree.
However, If I see that in certain game modes there is a lack of moderators on, I may consider adding more. But making certain mods for certain servers is boring and inefficient...

I think is a ok idea cause we need some more mods in kitpvp, creative, factions, sccb and many more. But having one mod in every place is bad cause it would be boring. Btw if I were mod I would like to be in kitpvp
