1: make sure you're logged in with the correct username (Caps sensitive)
2: make sure you're a mockingjay rank
3: it should work by then

ok ill try to relog but i tried my usernames and everthing but thx anyway try tight now ohh and how do you see if you mockingjay?

I checked, it is a issue. No clue how it happened. I'll tell Zainos and see if he can fix it

The store only lets you to buy the upgrade if you have previously bought mockingjay rank. Somehow, you bought Mockingjay rank but the store doesn't recognizes your username as a mockingjay buyer, I fixed it. Try buying it now
