Don't worry. First have you opened your mail you are getting after you bought it? Cuz I needed to do that second have you remembered to write your name in correctly and last if this didn't help then contact Zainos over pm with a screenshot Of your proof :)

Sometimes it can take a little while for the rank to show up :)
But as El3ctr1c said, if you do have issues in the future with any purchase, just send the proof of payment information to Zainos and he will be happy to fix it for you :)
