minecraft laucher crashing?

help, every time I try to get on mc it crashes.. so I cant get on at all

No mods, I'm using 1.8.3, and yes, it gives a crash log.

I think maybe delete the resource pack you have selected...

It seems that it is missing a texture so try taking all of your texture packs out of the folder and see if that solves it. If that does, then your texture pack is messed up.

Yea, seems like a texture pack issue. Remove all texture packs and try starting it. If that doesn't work uninstall Minecraft and delete the .minecraft folder. Then install Minecraft again. Make sure to save any worlds you want though.
