Kit PvP Megaman

I have decided I wanted to suggest the kit: MEGAMAN!
Megaman armour:
Leather armour dyed blue/cyan/light blue enchanted with Protection III
Megaman weapons:
Hyper Bomb (10 eggs with the explosion (Idk if this will work because people abused them and stuff. Otherwise TNT would work.))
Ice Slasher (Iron Sword with Sharpness II)
Power Arm (Strength III potion, 15 seconds)
Air Shooter (Bow with Punch V)
Time Stopper (Splash Potion of slowness V, 10 seconds)
The rest will be soups
Cost: 60-70 range

If this is too OP, you can get rid of Time Stopper

I like it! Limit the slowness V to 10 seconds, and the strength 3 to 15 seconds, and you got yourself an awesome kit!
