Fixed Making Heads Bug

I do not have a screenshot but if you would like me to take one then I will. When I make heads with //wand there are a few glitches with it, sometimes my wand will disappear. Or when I make the head it will turn into a another object, or it will make a second head of the first one. If any staff could get back to me ASAP that would be great.
