Fixed locked in the teleportuing system and can't open chat

I am locked in a teleporting system and know that you can't go the nether in creative. I need somebody to teleport me and my friend, CoriKittenLover3, who is also stuck there to the owner plot. Can you remove the nether portal so that this does not happen again. Please get me and CoriKittenLover3 out of there!

"Can't open chat" this requires mod or higher to fix this :/
