Kitpvp Kit

I was thinking of how there are a few TF2 kits in KitPvP, and I was thinking of suggesting the Scout kit.
Stats for Scout:

Speed I

Items:
Energy Drink (Potion of Regeneration I 0:45)
Bat (Stick, Sharpness 3 Knockback 1)
Pistol (This doesn't need to be a weapon, but maybe(Bow, Power 3, Punch 1, Infinity 1))

Armour:
Red leather helmet, and chestplate, grey boots, cyan leggings (Each protection 3, boots with feather falling 1)

i like it, but how many kills does it coust?

I was thinking either 60 or 65 kills. If this is too expencive maybe 40 or 45.

Edited to a better armour protection level for the price of 35.
