Sorry but it's Minecraft itself kicking you and you can't disable that. Just don't spam tab and that's it

You don't spam tab you hold it down (Like you're filling a name )

Yes but I tested and ONLY kicks if you hold tab for like 10 seconds on an invalid string (not completing a name), so it's not a big deal

It happens to me too, I teleport back to hub, when it happens I'm not doing anything, I'm inc creative let's say just standing there chatting and BOOM i'm back in hub.

Lol just press tab ONCE and if the name doesn't auto-completes it means he/she is offline. Its simple, just don't spam the button
