Kit PvP Iceman kit

Hello everyone its me Joni696,
this is the first time i have a kit for you!
Name: "Iceman"
Armour: Protection III , Thorns I leather armor in a stylie Blue
Weapon: "Ice Shard" a prismarine shard with sharpness VII (maybe it could randomly apply 5 seconds of slowness)
Special: a Knockback II stick that can generate a save ice ball around you to regenerate health and 32 slowness potions!
Effects: i would say Speed 1 Jump boost 1

There should be a stack of Packed ice which you could throw and inflicts 2.5 health and slowness for 3 seconds.
Also there should be a snowball (5 stacks) which can do 1 health and can inflict knock back 1 and poison for 2 seconds
