When I got on I tried to type and it said that I was muted for "Spam via Forums Report - second offense" but this is the first time I have used the forums to do anything. Please help me I don't know what I did.

No what it means is that you got banned through a report on the forums. So a player saw you spamming in game and reported it to the forums, in which a staff member saw the report, and because you fitted to be breaking the rules by spamming (Spamming if you don't know is when you repeat a message over and over and it blocks the chat, I have no idea what you spammed or anything like that, but you must have been doing this in some way) you were muted because of that. The second offence is because you have been muted before for something.

I was never spamming though...
If you send a bunch of messages really fast, repeat the same letter/number/symbol a lot of times, or type a lot of random letters, it's considered spamming I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong tho
It says in the Rules
But if I state a rule wouldn't it be mini-modding?

Just appeal.
"via Forums Report" means that any appeal he would make would almost instantly be rejected. Especially in the case of a mute

That's an idiotic rule, everyone deserves a fair chance to get unbanned no matter how banned. What's the point of an "appeal" section if there's a %90 chance of a rejection. It should be 50-50 unbiased.
The point is for those who have been wrongly banned, it says so in the blue box at the top of appeals:
