I Bought Mocking Jay Around A Year Ago And Never Got It.

On 5/23/14 I bought the Rank Mocking Jay for this server. But, I never received the rank or its perks. I learned this today when I was checking the purchases me and my family have made and no I am not getting this confused the infinite kills I got 2 Around Years Ago for kit pvp. This was before the major update and I took a break from the server for about 5 months before the update happened. Maybe there was an error there with my profile receiving the rank. If you can find anything for me it would me a lot to me thanks.
